Paying for Your Ride: Methods, Tipping and Cancellation
You can pay by bank card, by company transfer or in cash agreed in advance. The website takes no payment: we confirm the method in writing when you book. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Tipping is up to you and is not part of the price.
What the Price Already Includes
VAT, tolls, bridges, parking, water in the car and a child seat. At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting from landing are included; in the city, 15 minutes. Each further 30 minutes or part of it costs €15. There should be no other charges on the road: if anyone asks you to pay something extra, tell us.
Which Cards Work
We confirm which cards we can accept when you book, because international payment restrictions keep changing. If your card is from a Russian bank, tell us in advance so we can agree another way to pay and there is no unpleasant surprise at the end of the ride.
Tipping
Tips are not required. If you enjoyed the ride, you can leave the driver a small amount in cash; it is common in Türkiye, but nobody has the right to demand it.
If Your Plans Change
Cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up is free. If your flight changes, just send the new details: we check availability and confirm. If the flight changes on the day itself, call or write as early as you can. Full details are in our terms of service.

Do I Need to Pay in Advance?
No payment is taken on the website. If a ride needs advance payment, we tell you when we confirm the booking.
What Currency Are the Prices In?
Euros, per car, one way.
Can I Get a Receipt or an Invoice?
Yes, we invoice companies. Send the company details when you book.
