Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to arrange your ride: your name, contact details, flight, addresses and any notes you send. We use them to confirm and carry out the ride, and we do not sell them. The data controller is Coşar Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.
What We Collect
- Name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
- Flight number, date, time and pick-up and drop-off addresses
- Number of passengers and special requests, such as a child seat
- Technical data needed to protect the form, such as IP address
Why and for How Long
We use this data to answer your request, confirm your price and carry out the ride. We keep it as long as needed for this and as long as Turkish law requires for accounting. Turkish personal data law (KVKK No. 6698) applies to our processing.
Who Sees It
Your driver sees what is needed for the ride, and our booking team sees the full request. Messages you send over WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own terms.
Cookies and Your Rights
Google Analytics receives visit statistics, but not your name, addresses or flight details. See our cookie policy for how to accept or reject analytics. To see, correct or delete your data, write to us at info@istanbulviplimo.com.
