Business Travel for Russian-Speaking Teams
We look after staff and guests of companies from €90 per car, paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Your office gets a written confirmation for each ride, and your guest gets the driver's name and phone number. The driver follows the flight, so a moved meeting does not land on your assistant.

Less Work for the Assistant
Your assistant sends the flight, the guest's name and the address once. We then confirm the price in writing, track the arrival and send the driver's contact. If the guest is delayed or the flight changes, nothing needs rebooking.
The sign can carry the guest's name or your company name. That helps when you meet partners the driver has never seen. For guests who speak only Russian, ask for a Russian-speaking driver; we will try to assign one.
Meetings on Both Sides of the City
The financial centre is in Ataşehir on the Asian shore, while Levent and Maslak are on the European side. The Bosphorus lies between them, and rush-hour driving times are hard to predict. We advise against back-to-back meetings across the water. If you need a car for a full working day, that is a separate format and we will suggest the right option.

For regular rides we agree the terms in writing. Send us a rough number of rides.
Which Vehicles Do Companies Choose?
Most often the E-Class for staff and the S-Class for senior people and guests. For delegations, the V-Class VIP and the Sprinter.
What If a Meeting Runs Long?
15 minutes of waiting in the city are included. After that, each 30 minutes or part of it costs €15, and the confirmation shows it.
