Terms of Service
A request sent through this website is not yet a booking: your ride is booked once we confirm it in writing with the price. The service is provided by Coşar Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., TÜRSAB licence A-11345. Below is what the price includes, how waiting time is counted and how to cancel.
Price
Prices are in euros, per car, one way, and include VAT, tolls, bridges and parking. Prices marked "from" are confirmed for your specific route in writing.
Waiting Time
- At the airport, 60 minutes from landing are included
- In the city, 15 minutes are included
- Each further 30 minutes or part of it costs €15
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up is free. Tell us about a change of flight or address as early as you can, and we confirm the new terms in writing.
Passengers and Luggage
The number of passengers and suitcases must suit the vehicle you choose. Babies and children count as passengers. Child seats are free on request. If your luggage does not fit, we offer another vehicle, and the price may change.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. The method (bank card, company transfer or cash agreed in advance) is confirmed when you book.

If something goes wrong, write to info@istanbulviplimo.com or call us as soon as you can. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
